On-site assessment
We evaluate your concrete’s condition, moisture, and prior coatings — then recommend only what it actually needs, even when that’s less than you expected.
Surface preparation
Cleaning, repair, and profiling. Prep is 70% of a finish that lasts — it’s the part most crews rush and the part we refuse to cut corners on.
Stain & finish
Color and texture applied by hand — your color chosen from swatches and matched to existing concrete where it matters — before we commit to the full surface.
Seal & cure
Coastal-grade protection, proper cure time, and a final walkthrough. You sign off — then we photograph the after.

Why prep wins
